Responsibilities:

- Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

- Restock bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, ice, and garnishes.

- Retrieve and wash glassware.

- Dispose of trash and recycling.

- Ensure that the bar is adequately stocked throughout service.

- Assist in preparing garnishes and ingredients for cocktails.

- Provide support to bartenders during busy periods.

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.

- Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

- Team player mentality with good communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and take direction from bartenders and management.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
